2.Advanced especial configuration, suitable for high-speed running
★Weft insertion: The grippers are driven through “space crank linkage”, have the best acceleration curve. Even if in high-speed running, the gripper movement and weft exchange still are exact and stable, this can decrease the weft breaks, and the increase the insertion efficiency. Insertion without guide hook, this can avoid making any hurt for weft, so the loom can perfectly weave all kinds of fine filament, frail fiber yarn, slub yarn, high count & high density fabrics.
★Center lubrication:Center lubrication is controlled by microcomputer, bath oil for important high-speed running parts. This system is equipped with minuteness filtration device to remove impurity, and sensitive pressure sensor and controlling/display can watch the running situation, and ensure the machine can work well under good lubrication.
3.Solid whole conformation, powerful beating
★New model solid framework, adopts strong casting side boards and high-strength support beam, can meet the requirement for high speed weaving, wide weaving range and low noise.
★Strengthen back roller, strengthen beam and its supporter, the whole frame has more rigidity and strength, can meet the requirement of beating and maximum decrease the changing of warp tension.
★Main driving system: three-phase asynchronism motor drives electromagnetism clutch, powerful high-speed start; has good brake, stable running, and low power consume.
★Beating motion is driven by conjugated cams from two sides, adopts optimum high-speed cam curve which can reduce the shake and impact of high-speed running. Unitary cam with high precision and more strength; slay has high torsional strength, the center stand make the reed having better straight-line; it can ensure the beating powerful and stable during high-speed weaving, can meet the weaving requirement of high count & high density fabric with big tension.
4.High integration of mechanism and electricity make the fabric more perfect
★Let-off & take-up systems are controlled by most advanced electronic servo. Warp tension is sensed and stored through tension sensor; CPU handles the changing of warp tension because of shedding, beating, warp and cloth roll changing as per the weft density and tension set, order the let-off and take-up to work, ensure the warp tension keeping invariable and weft density keeping accurate from full beam to empty beam; make let-off and take-up to keep exactly synchronize; completely cancel the think or thin marks, ensure weaving perfect fabrics.
★Electronic selector is driven by individual module, composed by special motor with electronic controlling selection fingers, can weave 2-4-6-8 color with modularization extending; the weft has low and stable tension.
★Electronic selvage is driven by advanced special motor, through panel to set the time for leno selvage and waste selvage units separately, can suit widest weaving range, and can control the weft draught effectively
★Weft accumulator adopts electronic FDP model, light weight, small bulk, stable releasing tension, can meet the requirement of high-speed inserting.
★Shedding device adopts electronic dobby or jacquard which is suitable for high-speed running; dobby can drive maximum 20 shafts. Shedding device’s movement is exact and reliable, reasonable design favors high-speed running.
5.Automatic Functions
★Auto pick-finding system can reverse the machine back to the weft broken cloth-fell when weft breaks, the operator can prepare the broken weft easily, shorten downtime. The machine automatically makes the cloth-fell compensation and automatically adjusts the warp tension; choose suitable programme to correct it recurrently as per different fiber to avoid stop marks, ensure to weave perfect fabrics.
★ Automatic controlling:over-loading protection, warp stop motion, weft stop motion, automatic cloth-fell compensation, automatic warp tension adjustment, automatic controlling for leno selvage weaving, empty beating (digital controlling), web surveillance, automatic inspection/replacement, automatic error diagnosis, automatic display, etc.
6.Advanced electric controlling system, the performance is more stable
★Friendly interface for customers, operate easily and quickly. Adopts big LCD screen display which can make intercommunication and instant setting and adjusting various parameters, and make technological programme. The operation desk is located on the obverse LH side of loom, it is near to the main controlling button , it is very convenient to operate; it is fitted individually to avoid shake.
★Advanced CPU controlling system has more functions, and the performance is more stable, it can manage and scout all the electric controlling units, and controls all the external equipments (electronic dobby/jacquard) through input/output interface, all the parameters/data can be restored and transferred easily. The controlling system can quickly collect and scout the loom situation, and make automatic controlling and adjustment in time, and show the fault diagnoses.
