Once any warp or weft breaks, air-brake system will stop the main motor immediately, and avoid wasting power.
3、Adopts electronic let-off for ground beam and electronic take-up. Take-up and let-off have complete linkage, it ensures the towel design weaving correct even the pick density is changing during weaving. Warp tension controlled by numeral can completely keep the requirement, so the loom can get perfect terry fabrics. Weft density? 3-139/cm can be changed though key switch; 8 kinds of pick density canbe changed at will through signal to meet he different requirement for different fabrics.,

5, Electronic let-off for pile beam. The pile warp tension can be changed automatically when the weaving moves form loop to ground fabric or satin.
6, 8-color electronic weft selection.
7, Loop device adopts unique electronic loop formation system. Independent motor controls the loop formation device separately, loop height from 0-20mm set by manual operation system, the signal controls and change the loop heights automatically. 3-7 picks/loop at will.
8, Controlling system adopts advanced PLC, has various function of controlling and inspection.
