◆ Introduction to the quality assurance system:
Zhejiang Rifa Holding Group Co., Ltd. Has been implementing total quality control since it was established. Quality guarantee system was set up according to requirement of ISO9001:1994 standard in 1999 and the certificate was obtained. The system was completed in Dec. 2002.

On the basis of ISO9001system，our group is established in the integral strategy of being “improving, quick-responding and Internationalized” and the compound solution objective of providing satisfactory industrial products and services to clients. With International fellow leading enterprise as the model and TCS (total customer satisfaction) as motivity for constant improvement, we have established a quality system covering the whole lifecycle of products, providing general product/service quality assurance from the three aspects of designing quality, production quality and product maintenance quality, as is shown in the following chart:
